North Middle School Fishing Club
trip to Eyraud Reservoir
Pat Volkmar and some members of the Great Falls Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited led the North Middle School Fishing Club on a December, 2006, ice fishing field day on Eyraud Lake, which is located about halfway between Choteau and Conrad.
Volkmar reported that a total of 25 Northern Pike were caught, ranging in size from 2 to 5 pounds with about 50 flags on tip-ups. It was a beautiful day with highs in the 40s and no wind. It was a great day out on the ice.
