2007 Kids Fishing Day
at Lake Elmo
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks held its annual Kids Fishing Days at Lake Elmo in Billings on May 9-10 with manpower from Walleyes Forever and food provided by Riverside Optimists.
The event drew fifth graders from across Billings to try their hand at fishing, learn some things about fish and, of course, down a lot of hot dogs before they headed back to school.
FWP information officer Jenny Pelej ramrodded the event which is always a highlight of the school year for the kids involved. And this year, they even caught some fish!
